Eva Longoria Hits Back at Traffic Cop  12/28/05

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria is planning to file charges against the Texas traffic cop who cited her and boyfriend Tony Parker on Christmas Eve (24DEC05).

The actress claims the police officer acted badly when he pulled her and Parker over for impeding traffic in her home state.

The cop is currently under investigation for misconduct.

The officer left Longoria outraged when he accused her of making derogatory racial comments about him.

The incident failed to ruin Longoria's Christmas - she was in Detroit, Michigan for basketball beau Parker's Christmas Day (25DEC05) San Antonio Spurs game against the Detroit Pistons.
