Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Deny English Mansion Reports  12/2/06

Newlyweds Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have laughed off reports they have bought an English country mansion together.

Earlier this week (30NOV06), American publication Us Weekly claimed the pair has paid $4.75 million (#2.4 million) on a six-bedroom house in West Sussex, south of London.

However, a spokesperson for the couple currently living in the house, says "they have no intention of selling".

A representative for the Mission: Impossible star adds, "I'm not aware of any purchase."

Cruise and Holmes spend most of the time in their Beverly Hills, California mansion, where they live with their baby daughter Suri and the actor's two adopted children Isabella and Connor.
