Jennifer Garner: "I'm Out of Shape, Not Pregnant"  12/2/06

Alias beauty Jennifer Garner has dismissed rumors she's pregnant with her second child, insisting she has a "baby bump" because she's so unfit.

The actress has been so focused on family life with her husband Ben Affleck and their one-year-old daughter Violet recently she hasn't found much time to visit the gym.

She admits, "I'm in the worst shape ever. My trainer just shakes her head and says, 'This is a disaster.' I am as physically unfit as I've probably been in my whole life.

"It's such a horror in front of the mirror with no clothes on. You still have that little bit of extra skin, but it's enough for people to think that you're knocked up."
