Julia Roberts Refuses to Kill Spiders  12/14/06

Oscar-winner Julia Roberts can no longer bring herself to kill spiders after voicing an arachnid in the movie version of the classic children's tale Charlotte's Web.

Roberts has become more compassionate towards the creatures and now sets them free instead of squashing them.

She explains, "I kill them less now. Which is saying a lot, because I have two babies in the house. I will actually try and be brave and steel myself and capture them in Tuppeware (containers) and get them out of the house."
