Kylie Minogue has knocked Victoria Beckham off the top of the best-selling celebrity perfume chart in the UK.

The Spinning Around star's Darling fragrance is a best-seller at British high street chain Superdrug, and is fast outselling Beckham's Intimately Her in the run up to Christmas.

Superdrug's fragrance buyer Tim Hughes says, "Five years ago, fragrances were all about designer names and the big beauty houses such as Channel.

"The only celebrity fragrances were quite marginal and rather naff. J.Lo changed all that with the launch of her first fragrance."
