Michael Bolton Quashed Nicollette Sheridan Pregnancy Rumors  12/5/07

Singer Michael Bolton has quashed reports his fiancée Nicollette Sheridan is pregnant, insisting the baby rumors are "ridiculous".

Last month (Nov07), American tabloid reports suggested 44-year-old Sheridan gave her Desperate Housewives cast mates the big hint she was expecting when she started asking her co-stars, Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman, all about motherhood and pregnancy.

But Bolton has dismissed the rumors, and claims they are more focused on planning their wedding than starting a family.

He says, "No, no, no, it is not true. I am not going to be a father again soon. Nicollette and I are not expecting a baby.

"I am used to reading things about me and Nicollette which no connection to reality, but this one is ridiculous.

"Friends have been calling me with congratulations. If she were pregnant, it would show soon. We just came back from four days' vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico. I have to tell you: Nicollette looks great in a bathing suit. Not at all pregnant.

"Although I am engaged to Nicollette, we don't even have a date for our wedding or any specific plans. We still have to plan the wedding first - then I will think about family issues."
