Diane Kruger is Losing Ability to Speak Native German  12/16/07

German actress Diane Kruger has spent so long speaking English, she's losing her ability to speak her native tongue.

The 31-year-old has forged a career in English-speaking movies while living in the U.S. - and confesses she now struggles to hold down a conversation with her own family.

Kruger says, "More and more it is (become my first language). I've actually never done a movie in German. I would be a little worried about it I think.
