American Idol Finalist Jessica Sierra Pregnant and In Jail  12/21/07

Disgraced former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra is pregnant in jail.

The 22-year-old is currently in the infirmary of the Falkenburg Road Jail in Florida on a "pregnancy diet" after her unborn child was conceived with a "rapper", reports website TMZ.

Earlier this month (Dec07), Sierra pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges, following a drunken bar brawl.

Local officials claim Sierra begged police officers not to arrest her in return for oral sex.

Sierra has had numerous legal troubles this year (07) - in November, she was sentenced to probation in relation to an April incident, in which she was accused of hitting a man on the head with a glass at a Tampa, Florida nightclub.

She was also charged with cocaine possession after cops found a small amount of the illegal substance on her as she was taken to jail.

And Sierra recently became the latest celebrity to star in a leaked sex tape, which a major porn distributor is planning to release. The footage shows the disgraced 22-year-old in a variety of sexual poses in what looks like a motel room.
