"1 vs 100" answers that question tonight when host Bob Saget returns for season two with its biggest game yet -- a themed "Battle of the Sexes" episode – where one woman will compete against 100 men and one man versus 100 women to determine who is the smarter sex. 

In this exciting premiere episode, Katherine Kazorla from Elmira, New York and Jason Loona of San Diego, California will compete and one person will win the top prize of $1 million dollars for the first time in the show's NBC history! 

Viewers at home can also watch and play "You vs 100" for a chance to win $10,000.
