BURBANK, Calif. –February 28, 2005 – In an interview with "Access Hollywood," actress Natalie Portman says "it was mistaken..." to tape a kissing scene for her upcoming film, "Free Zone," in front of Jerusalem's Wailing Wall, which is known as the most sacred spot in Judaism. The interview airs on "Access Hollywood," Monday, February 28, 2005 (check local listings for time and station).

"I really don't want to offend anyone's beliefs or impose anything on anyone and it was mistaken to do it," says Portman.

The Israeli-born actress says once they realized there was a problem, production was moved elsewhere. "As soon as it offended people, we moved," she says. "We had a very hectic work schedule, so we weren't thinking. We shouldn't have done it."
