Pop singer Ashlee Simpson is so in love with her boyfriend Braxton Olita, she takes him with her whenever she travels overseas.

The Pieces of Me beauty, whose sister Jessica Simpson split from her husband Nick Lachey in November (05), insists their relationship is perfect because they were close friends before embarking on their romance.

The 21-year-old says, "We have a lot of fun together and he travels with me everywhere. Before we dated, we were best friends.

"I'm happy, I'm giddy. I'd say it's young love."
