ABC Announces Return of Commander in Chief April 18th  2/13/06

ABC has announced that the acclaimed Geena Davis series "Commander In Chief" will return to the schedule on April 18.

"We believe in 'Commander In Chief' and want to do what we think is best for its long term prospects. With this new schedule, the show will return with a healthy run of seven straight episodes in the spring. 

Airing additional episodes of 'George Lopez' and 'According to Jim' in the 9:00 p.m. time period for the next three weeks will expose our comedies to a new audience and benefit both shows in their regular time periods," said Jeff Bader, executive vice president, Program Planning & Scheduling, ABC Entertainment.
