Fantasia Barrino, Hilary & Haylie Duff and to Appear at Nascar Race  2/16/06

Hilary Duff will be the honorary starter for the US car race the Auto Club 500 later this month (FEB06).

The So Yesterday hit maker's older sister Haylie will join the singer and NASCAR speed demon Kevin Harvick when they tour the track during driver introductions.
