Russell Crowe and Nicole Kidman Finally Co-Star  2/24/06

Antipodean stars Russell Crowe and Nicole Kidman are set to realize their dream and co-star in a homegrown movie, according to movie-maker Baz Luhrmann.

The Moulin Rouge! director is thrilled to have bagged the Oscar-winning duo and plans to start filming the as-yet untitled movie in August (06).

Luhrmann says, "We have some of the most extraordinary landscape on the planet and we want to get two of the most extraordinary actors in the world and put them in that landscape."

Crowe and Kidman were due to star in an Australian movie based on the novel Eucalyptus, but the project fell through last year due to script difficulties.
