Hugh Grant Throws a Strop on Chat Show  2/6/07

Actor Hugh Grant threw a tantrum yesterday (05FEB07) on British television after he took offence at being asked if he would marry his girlfriend Jemima Khan.

The Notting Hill actor was being interviewed on the BBC1 Breakfast show when presenter Kate Silverton asked him about his love life.

She asked, "You're very happy in your personal life, can we expect wedding bells soon?"

Grant snapped back, "I can't believe you asked me that. This is supposed to be a classy show surely? I'm ashamed of you."

The actor has been dating heiress Khan for three years.
