Sara Evans Husband Wants His Reputation Back 2/27/07

Country star Sara Evans' divorce proceedings have been put on hold by her estranged husband, who wants the singer to publicly clear his name before he'll schedule a mediation date.

Evans claims her husband, Craig Schelske, wants her to take back comments she's made about his infidelity on television and to agree to a joint child custody arrangement.

Schelske's lawyers insist that restoring his reputation must be a primary goal of the divorce proceedings.
