ELI GOES HEAD TO HEAD WITH HIS FIANCÉE IN COURT, ON ABC'S "ELI STONE"

"Father Figure" - As if Eli didn't have enough to worry about with his upcoming engagement party, his latest visions -- which transport him to a World War II battlefield -- prompt him to take the case of a National Guard Specialist serving in Iraq and suing her ex-husband over custody of their son -- who is represented by Eli's fiancée, Taylor. With help from his spiritual guru Dr. Chen, Eli recalls a childhood memory of his father that reminds him of the lengths people will go to to protect the ones they love -- a valuable clue that uncovers a shocking twist in his case. Meanwhile, as Eli's odd behavior continues, Jordan requires him to provide medical proof that he is fit to work at the firm, so Eli turns to his brother for help in falsifying his medical records, on ABC's "Eli Stone," THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Eli Stone" stars Jonny Lee Miller as Eli Stone, Victor Garber as Jordan Wethersby, Natasha Henstride as Taylor Wethersby, Loretta Devine as Patti, Sam Jaeger as Matt Dowd, James Saito as Dr. Chen, Matt Letscher as Nathan Stone and Julie Gonzalo as Maggie Dekker.

Guest stars include Tom Cavanagh as Mr. Stone, Tom Amendes as Martin Posner, Barbara Niven and Mrs. Wethersby, Justin Leiberman as Young Eli, Hedy Burress as Felicia Swain, Tonye Patano as Judge Simms, Jeffrey Pierce as Robert Swain and Braeden LeMasters as Brian Swain.

"Father Figure" was written by Alex Taub and Brett Mahoney and directed by Christopher Misiano.

"Eli Stone" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,D,L,V parental guideline.
