ELI SUES THE CHURCH, ON ABC'S "ELI STONE"

"Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" - As if visions of George Michael weren't enough, Eli's latest revelation is of a man who appears in his TV set asking for help. To his surprise, the man turns out to be a patient of Nathan's who's awoken from a five-year coma only to learn he's lost his company to his wife and her new husband - and he asks Eli to sue to get his old life back. Eli realizes that the only way to do this is to challenge the annulment of the marriage -- which means suing the church -- on "Eli Stone," THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Eli Stone" stars Jonny Lee Miller as Eli Stone, Victor Garber as Jordan Wethersby, Natasha Henstridge as Taylor Wethersby, Laura Benanti as Beth, Loretta Devine as Patti, Sam Jaeger as Matt Dowd, James Saito as Dr. Chen, Matt Letscher as Nathan Stone and Julie Gonzalo as Maggie Dekker.

Guest stars include Tom Amendes as Martin Posner, Jason George as Keith Bennett, James Avery as Mason Andrews, Chris Diamantapoulos as Jake McCann, Mandy Siegfried as Brooke Rivera, Joseph Will as Adam Rivera, Katie Amanda Keane as Jane Halston, Matt DeCaro as Judge Salese and Alyson Reed as Judge Brenda McCarthy.

"Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" was written by Courtney Kemp Agboh and Wendy Mericle and directed by David Petrarca.

"Eli Stone" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG parental guideline.

This episode of "Eli Stone" will be available on ABC.com the day after airing on the network for users to watch online.
