Britney Spears Loses Bid to Regain Access to Kids  2/20/08

Troubled singer Britney Spears has failed to regain visitation rights to see her two children.

In a closed-door court hearing on Tuesday (19Feb08), Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled against changing a previous order banning Spears from seeing her kids.

The Toxic singer lost the right to spend time with her sons last month (Jan08) after a breakdown at her Beverly Hills, California home at the end of a scheduled visit, which resulted in a three-hour police stand-off.

Neither Spears nor her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who retains custody of Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, were in court.
