Shakira to Launch Beauty Line 2/21/08

Shakira is set to become the latest celebrity to launch a cosmetics line.

The Colombian pop superstar is to team up with bosses at Puig to create a new fragrance and beauty products collection.

In a statement, she says, "I'm very excited to be able to express myself through another creative medium.

"My feeling is that personal care and beauty should be effortless and accessible for everyone."
