Hosted by popular comedian Bob Saget ("America's Funniest Home Videos," "Full House"), "1 vs 100" is a tense battle of brains and guts where one contestant faces "the mob" of 100 for a chance to win up to $1 million. 

Sarah Greene from Chicago, IL returns to play the game and tries to outwit the mob. 

Eric Smart from Los Angeles, CA takes the challenge of facing the eager mob members including regulars, Sommore ("Queens of Comedy"), Ross Mathews ("The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"), Richard Rubin ("Beauty and the Geek"), Oscar the Grouch ("Seasame Street") and the Dahm Triplets (Playboy Playmate).
