Lindsay Lohan Settles Car Crash Suit  2/24/08

The legal battle between Lindsay Lohan and the motorist who claimed she ploughed into him after dining at Los Angeles restaurant The Ivy has been settled.

Raymundo Ortega launched a suit against the actress last summer (Jun08), claiming Lohan had been drinking at the trendy restaurant minutes before she collided with him on Robertson Boulevard in October, 2005.

Ortega's claims conflicted with police reports, which suggested he was to blame for the car crash.
