Lost Star to Plead Guilty  1/3/06

Lost star Cynthia Watros plans to plead guilty to drink driving charges when she returns to court in Oahu, Hawaii next week (12JAN06), according to her lawyer. 

The actress, who plays stranded traveler Libby on the hit drama, was arrested at the beginning of December (05), minutes after cast mate Michelle Rodriguez was booked in an unrelated drink driving incident. Watros and Rodriguez were both arraigned in court last week (ends30DEC05). 

Rodriguez, who insists she is not guilty, will appear in court to face charges in March (06).
