UNDERLAY IS SHOT AND FINDS HIMSELF RE-LIVING THE 1996 PLANE CRASH THAT CAUSED HIS "REBIRTH," AND RUSSELL MUST PREVENT LARKIN FROM REPORTING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HYBRIDS, ON ABC'S "INVASION"

"Redemption" - Underlay subconsciously drifts between the past and the present after he is shot by an unknown intruder, re-living the 1996 plane crash that led to his "rebirth." Meanwhile, knowing that his wife and unborn child's life will be on the line, Russell must stop Larkin from reporting the truth about the hybrids, on "Invasion," WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 25 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Invasion" stars William Fichtner as Sheriff Tom Underlay, Eddie Cibrian as Russell Varon, Lisa Sheridan as Larkin Groves, Kari Matchett as Dr. Mariel Underlay, Tyler Labine as Dave Groves, Evan Peters as Jesse Varon, Ariel Gade as Rose Varon, Alexis Dziena as Kira Underlay and Aisha Hinds as Mona Gomez.

Guest starring are Veronica Cartwright as Valerie Shenkman, Rocky Carroll as Healy, Bob Bancroft as Dr. Feld, Monica Garcia as nurse (past), Stephen Alvarez as reporter #1, Kate Emerick as Kira (age 7), Ewan Chung as Dr. Frances Cao, Lisa Harrison as reporter #2, Carter Evans as reporter #3, Jennifer Weston as nurse (present #1), Joshua Gomez as Scott, Pia Artesona as Deputy Sanchez, Mark Colson as Deputy Munger, Kimleigh Smith as nurse (present #2) and Meera Simhan as Pria.

"Redemption" was written by Michael Alaimo and directed by Bill Eagles.

"Invasion" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.

A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
