Chester Bennington Left Poor by Divorce  1/6/07

Linkin Park front man Chester Bennington was forced to make a new album with the band because his divorce from his first wife Samantha left him broke.

The couple split in 2005 and Bennington claims he has gone from being wealthy to penniless in just 18 months.

Bennington - now remarried to Talinda Bentley - says, "In the last few years I got divorced, remarried and had another baby. I lost all my money in the divorce and I'm only just starting to get back on my feet. It's been a rollercoaster: one day you're married, the next day you're not. One day you're rich, the next day you're not."
