Britney Spears Partying Again Amid Rehab Reports  1/6/07

Britney Spears has laughed off reports she's relaxing in an Arizona rehabilitation facility by returning to her pre-Christmas partying.

The singer reportedly checked into the Sanctuary clinic on New Year's Day (01JAN07) after hosting a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas.

Spears' handlers denied the story and last night (03JAN07) the fun-loving singer was spotted out on the town in Los Angeles.

Spears dined at Ashton Kutcher's restaurant Dolce before partying with friends at nightclub Les Deux.
