Carmen Electra Plays a Trick on Superfan  1/24/07

Carmen Electra came close to splitting up a New Jersey couple on MTV show Total Request Live yesterday (23JAN07) when she offered to take a lusty male fan to the premiere of her new film - as her date.

The devotee, Matt, was chosen to ask the sexy actress questions via webcam but didn't realize his girlfriend, Nicky, was sitting in the audience for the live show.

And, after telling Electra she was "smoking hot", the superfan was left speechless when the actress asked him out on a date. Matt could only state, "Let's just exchange numbers. I'm ready to go. I'm excited," before repeating, "You are so smoking."

But Matt's compliments didn't sit well with his girlfriend, who leapt to the stage and told her surprised beau, "I really hope you don't think you're going anywhere with her."

Electra then revealed, "We were in on this whole thing together."

But the angry girlfriend added, "You are in big trouble when I get home."
