Ozzy Osbourne Eyes Permanent Move Back to UK to Be With Kelly  1/31/07

Rock wildman Ozzy Osbourne is "seriously" considering leaving his adopted Los Angeles home to return to live in his native England full-time - because he misses his daughter Kelly so much.

The Paranoid singer desperately wants to see singer-turned-TV presenter Kelly, 22, more often.

She says, "Dad phoned me recently asking me to come over (to Los Angeles). I said, 'I can't, I live here now. You come here.'

"He is seriously thinking about coming back, he hates it there."
