Disgraced former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra is to be released from jail - on the condition she returns to rehab.

The 22-year-old is currently being held on remand at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Florida after her December (07) arrest following a drunken bar brawl. She was charged with disorderly intoxication, drug possession, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges following the incident - but has pleaded not guilty to all offences.

And Sierra, who is also rumored to be pregnant, was given a break by a Tampa, Florida, judge on Monday morning (07Jan08), after he sentenced her to three years probation - providing she completes one year in a Pasadena, California, rehabilitation clinic to kick her cocaine habit.

But the judge ordered Sierra to keep away from the media, telling her: "You are not going to become a celebrity because you are a recovering addict."

She will be freed from police custody once flight plans are finalized, reports TMZ.
