EPISODE 3: On his ticketing beat, Brian has a run-in with a double-parker while the offender was trying to save a stranded hawk in downtown Philly. Then veteran tow driver Clarence tests the limits of his compassion while trying to tow a car. And, in a race against time, booters Steve and Sherry help a man get his tickets paid before the tow truck arrives.

EPISODE 4: And now booters Steve and Sherry are on the hunt for a missing booted vehicle, while best friends Brian and Lori shake it up on their ticketing beat. Then Rob deals with the angry owner of an impounded car who claims it’s been damaged.
