Hosted by popular comedian Bob Saget ("America's Funniest Home Videos," "Full House"), "1 vs 100" is a tense battle of brains and guts where one contestant faces "the mob" of 100 for a chance to win up to $1 million. Joe Lorenzo from Brooklyn, NY returns to finish his game in an attempt to beat the mob and Chicago, IL native Sarah Greene gets her chance to battle for the grand prize.

Among the mob are regulars, Sommore ("Queens of Comedy"), Ross Mathews ("The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"), Richard Rubin ("Beauty and the Geek"), Oscar the Grouch ("Sesame Street") and the Dahm Triplets (Playboy Playmate).

Viewers at home can also watch and play "You vs 100" for a chance to win $10,000.
