Hosted by popular comedian Bob Saget ("America's Funniest Home Videos," "Full House"), "1 vs 100" is a tense battle of brains and guts where one contestant faces "the mob" of 100 for a chance to win up to $1 million. The smartest man in America, Christoper Langan from Bozeman, MT tries to use his smarts to win the million-dollar prize.

Single mother Rosemarie Pesci from Temecula, CA takes on the rowdy mob that includes regulars, Sommore ("Queens of Comedy"), Ross Mathews ("The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"), Richard Rubin ("Beauty and the Geek"), Oscar the Grouch ("Seasame Street") and the Dahm Triplets (Playboy Playmate).

Viewers at home can also watch and play "You vs 100" for a chance to win $10,000.
