Laird's Stud Status is Challenged Next Week on "Carpoolers"  1/23/08

LAIRD'S STUD STATUS IS CHALLENGED WHEN ANOTHER GUY IN HIS OFFICE BUILDING IS DUBBED "HANDSOMEST MAN," ON ABC'S "CARPOOLERS"

"The Handsomest Man" - Hot but vacuous Laird fears he may be losing his looks when he meets someone who's been dubbed 'the handsomest man' in his office building, so to make himself more interesting to women, Laird starts to take clarinet lessons. In the meantime, while guarding one of Leila's properties, Marmaduke falls for the girl who tagged Leila's flip, on "Carpoolers" TUESDAY, JANUARY 29 (9:30-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Carpoolers" stars Fred Goss as Gracen Brooker, Faith Ford as Leila Brooker, Jerry Minor as Aubrey, Tim Peper as Dougie, Allison Munn as Cindy, T.J. Miller as Marmaduke Brooker and Jerry O'Connell as Laird.

Guest starring is Teddy Sears as handsome man, Brooke Bloom as Oola, Dana Cuomo as music teacher, Louisa Kendrick as woman, Michelle Specht as woman, Irene White as Sue, Steven Brophy as Ted and Anthony Griffith as guard.

"The Handsomest Man" is written by Emily Cutler and directed by Joe Russo.

"Carpoolers" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to the airdate.

This episode of "Carpoolers" will be available on ABC.com the day after the airing on the network for users to watch online.
