Hosted by popular comedian Bob Saget ("America's Funniest Home Videos," "Full House"), "1 vs 100" is a tense battle of brains and guts where one contestant faces "the mob" of 100 for a chance to win up to $1 million. Kristin Moran from Villa Park, CA takes a chance against the mob including a special member, Jake the chimp, for her chance to win the grand prize.

Robert Macklin from San Francisco, CA challenges the mob that include regulars, Sommore ("Queens of Comedy"), Ross Mathews ("The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"), Richard Rubin ("Beauty and the Geek"), Oscar the Grouch ("Seasame Street") and the Dahm Triplets (Playboy Playmate).

Viewers at home can also watch and play "You vs 100" for a chance to win $10,000.
