Adnan
Ghalib Denies Selling Britney Spears Videos
1/29/08
Britney Spears' paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has denied attempting
to sell private videos of the star.
The British born photographer, who has been dating the Toxic star since
December (07), has been accused of pitching home movies of the singer to
the media.
The footage, which is rumored to show Spears sitting around in her
nightwear having an intimate conversation, was reported to be on offer for
$2 million (#1 million).
But now the celebrity photo agency that employs Ghalib has released a
statement insisting the snapper is not trying to exploit his on/off lover.
The statement from Finalpixx reads, "If you read on Perez (Hilton,
celebrity Internet blogger) or anywhere else about Adnan selling some
weird videos with Britney, please know that it is all lies. No such tapes
exist."
It's not the first time Ghalib's motives for dating Spears have come
into question - earlier this month (Jan08) he was criticized for revealing
Spears' private voicemails in a paid-for TV interview. The photographer
has also been previously accused of setting up pictures of the couple for
his own financial gain.
