Britney Spears Sued by Fashion Consultant  1/31/08

A fashion consultant is suing Britney Spears for failing to pay her for her services.

Las Vegas-based Nancy Rosu filed her lawsuit in Clark County District Court in Nevada on 18 January (08).

The legal papers claim Spears employed Rosu to buy her clothes and that she would then reimburse her - but the Toxic singer allegedly stopped paying Rosu back in August (07).

Rosu is suing for breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress and is seeking more than $50,000 in damages.
