Tom Cruise to Receive First New Ducati Superbike  1/30/08

Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise will be the first man on earth to rev up Ducati's latest superbike.

Keys to the $72,500 Desmosedici RR model will be handed over to the

Mission: Impossible star at the Beverly Hills Ducati garage in California later this week (begs28Jan08).

Only 1,500 of the red-and-white motorcycles have been made.

Ducati spokesman Michael Lock says, "We are delighted to be able to deliver the world's first production unit here in the USA to Tom Cruise, who is a well-known Ducati enthusiast."
