Madonna Quits London Club  7/10/05

Madonna has ended her membership of private London club Home House after reportedly having a furious row with the owners.

The Material Girl held a star-studded party at the exclusive nightspot last year (04) which cost her a staggering $870,000 but she has since pulled away from the stellar institution, reports Scotland's Sunday Mail newspaper.

But she has admitted "loving the old British tradition of beginning to a member's club", and in her tireless bid to ingratiate herself to London society she is now allegedly considering joining the Dover Street Arts Club in Mayfair.
