Mariah Carey Praises Snoop's Live 8 Set  7/12/05

Pop beauty Mariah Carey was blown away by Snoop Dogg's performance at London's historic Live 8 gig (02JUL05), and has named him her favorite act of the entire event. 

The raunchy rap star was criticized for swearing at the family extravaganza, but Snoop's foul mouth didn't put the demure Carey off. 

She tells MTV, "I was so honored to be there. "I enjoyed everybody. There were huge legends there that I was just honored to be sharing a space with. "Personally though, Snoop was one of my favorites. I love Snoop."
