Reality TV stars Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey are delighted they can use their fame to help young people with facial abnormalities.

Simpson is the youth ambassador for Operation Smile, a charity that helps young people who have facial abnormalities with surgery and related health issues.

The pair are excited to be involved with the worthy cause to help those in developing countries.

Simpson says, "Nick and I are so happy to play a small part in this wonderful work."
