Hugh Grant Snubbed by Wedding-Wary Jemima Khan  7/22/05

Hugh Grant and Jemima Khan are reportedly unlikely to marry - as the leggy heiress is still plagued with bad memories of her nine year marriage to cricket star Imran Khan.

Grant has been keen to wed Khan, proposing to her last month (JUN05), but Khan, 31, is concerned she will suffer the same problems she experienced in her union with her former husband.

A friend tells British newspaper the Daily Mail, "She was simply not ready to marry again.

"In Jemima, Hugh found a potential wife who couldn't possibly be after his

money- after all, she is considerably wealthier than him. He's always been afraid of gold-diggers.

"Unfortunately for Hugh, Jemima is still not over the nine years she spent with Imran.

"She was bored of continually having to fly to and from Pakistan and she is concerned that Hugh's jetset lifestyle would be too similar."
