American Idol Carrie Underwood Lands Chocolate Deal  7/22/05

American Idol winner Carrie Underwood has a sweet new deal - confectionary giant Hershey have signed her up to sing jingles in their latest commercials.

The 22-year-old blonde beauty, who scooped her Idol title in May (05), will lend her voice to various candy bar commercials in a new ad campaign for the company.

Underwood is tipped to make millions in advertising deals alone and has also been selected as the new celebrity spokes model for shoe company Sketchers - a post previously held by both Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
