Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria is studying French so she can speak to her boyfriend Tony Parker in his native tongue.

The sexy 29-year-old is tired of being left out when the towering basketball star gets together with members of his family - because she has no idea what they are talking about.

She says, "It's a beautiful language. His whole family speaks French and all his friends. I mean I want to be in the conversation."
