Jude Law's Parents Not Getting Involved  7/25/05

The parents of Jude Law have spoken out over their son's affair with nanny Daisy Wright - but they are struggling to say anything in his favor.

Peter and Maggie Law are in constant contact with the movie star, who had a month-long affair behind his fiancée Sienna Miller's back before blaming it on her "partying".

But the Laws are doing their utmost to stay out of the regrettable situation.

Dad Peter says, "This is a very delicate time for Jude and indeed everyone involved.

"We are in close contact with our son - as any parents would be in this sort of situation - but we are not getting involved.

"It's Jude who needs to work through this. It is for him to deal with, but of course we will be there for him if he needs us."
