Gordon Ramsay Makes A Mess of Tonight Show Studio  7/28/05

British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay caused a mess on the set of Jay Leno's chat show studio last night (27JUL05), when he got into a flour fight with the comedian.

Ramsay appeared on Leno's Tonight Show to promote the American version of his hit UK reality series Hell's Kitchen, but rather than sit and chat as usual on the guest couch, the sharp-tongued cook invited the funnyman to take a lesson in making tortellini pasta from scratch.

While Leno grumbled that it would be much easier to just "open a box", Ramsay slammed him for his untidy kitchen work - and even branded the comedian "a bit of a chunky monkey".

But Leno got his own back at the end of the segment when he cheekily threw flour into Ramsay's face, prompting the cook to douse him back with the powdery substance as the audience applauded.
