Pauly Shore Offers Dissatisfied Minding the Store Viewers Rebates  7/30/05

Comedian PAUL SHORE is so eager for fans to like his new reality series MINDING THE STORE, he's offering $1 (GBP0.55) rebates to viewers who are disappointed with the show.

Shore's show, which tracks his efforts to revive business at his mother's esteemed Hollywood comedy club the Comedy Store, debuted in America on 17 July (05), and bosses are offering fans an unusual incentive to tune in.

The funnyman says, "There's a $1 rebate if you watch the show. It's on this Sunday, and if you watch it and you don't like it you don't laugh, you don't smile, you don't enjoy it at all - you write into (TV network) TBS and they'll give you $1.

"It's a real deal... We've got $50 sent to us 'cause this contest has been going on for about two weeks, since we started the show."
