Eminem to be Jessica Simpson's and Nick Lachey's Neighbor  7/30/05

Jessica Simpson and her husband Nick Lachey are set to have a new neighbor - hip-hop superstar EMINEM.

The Without Me star and his label Shady Records have spent over $1.5 million on luxury condominium at Las Vegas' plush Palms Place, a high-rise residential complex expected to begin construction next year (06).

The building will be connected to the trendy Palms Resort and Casino by an enclosed, elevated, moving walkway, allowing residents 24-hour access to amenities at the hot-spot.

Newlyweds stars Simpson and Lachey purchased a condominium in the same development earlier this year (05), and Hogan Knows Best star Hulk Hogan will also own a residence in the building.
