Keira Knightley's Flashing Fears  7/4/06

Keira Knightley beat the heat at the UK premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest in a staggeringly low-cut gown, but she was terrified of flashing her breasts.

The British beauty dazzled onlookers in the shimmering dress last night (03JUL06), but admitted she could easily give fans more than they bargained for.
