Penelope Cruz Hates LA Dinners  7/13/06

Penelope Cruz wants to teach the people of Los Angeles to take a more European attitude to meal times, because she is sick of rushing down her dinner in 20 minutes.

The Spanish actress is more accustomed to long lazy meals washed down with wine, and finds herself hungry and unhappy after dinner in LA, because her dining companions eat so quickly, she doesn't have time to finish.

Cruz says, "People eat at 6:30 for 20 minutes and then they are gone.

"Where is the dinner? This is not dinner! I get so hungry!"
