Britain's
Got Talent Winner Signs Global Record Deal

The winner of TV talent show Britain's Got Talent has signed a deal to
release his first album in 15 countries across the world.
Paul Potts, a former mobile phone salesman from Wales, triumphed in the
contest, which saw him win #100,000 ($200,000), a chance to perform in
front of British royal Queen Elizabeth II, and a #1 million ($2 million)
recording contract with show judge Simon
Cowell.
The singer shot to global fame after video clips of his Britain's Got
Talent performance were posted on YouTube which were watched by 10 million
viewers.
Potts' opera-inspired Album One Chance will hit shops in 15 countries
including Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain and Italy following its
release in U.K. and Ireland on 16 July (07).
